About the UnaMesa Association

The UnaMesa Association is a public charity dedicated to improving healthcare, education, and social services by supporting the individuals and small teams who provide these services. UnaMesa acts as an R&D organization with projects that bring together industry, academia, and NGO's to develop and distribute effective tools. UnaMesa also serves as a public trust for educational materials, software, and other "intellectual property." Much like organizations that acquire and preserve land on behalf of the public, UnaMesa has an ongoing duty to acquire copyrights and promote and protect the use of those materials for the public interest.
