As UnaMesa’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Victor Colunga is responsible for all of UnaMesa’s financial and accounting matters. He is a Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Financial Leadership Group, a 20-partner firm of senior financial consultants. Victor has over thirty years of business experience, including serving as a Chief Financial Officer for more than 15 years. Since 2001 he has served diverse clients as a CFO on a consulting basis. Victor's career ranges from taking startups through the IPO process to leading the operations of a highly profitable $200 million multi-national company. He has led fund raising transactions, both domestically and internationally, as well as significant mergers and acquisitions. While his career has been centered in the high technology arena, Victor has effectively worked with a variety of management teams and cultures in industries as far-ranging as non-profits, consumer products, software, and life sciences. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Santa Clara University. He was a member of the Board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Peninsula and served as their Treasurer.
